About The Park Theatre
Formed July 7, 2005, The Park Theatre Corporation is a private, nonprofit and tax exempt organization created to reconstruct, reopen and run The Park Theatre.
The Park Theatre is located at 19 Main Street in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. The mailing address is Post Office Box 278, Jaffrey, New Hampshire 03452.
The Trustee’s office is located in Ocean National Bank at 62 Peterborough Street in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. Meetings with Trustees and Executive Staff are by appointment.
The operations of The Park Theatre are governed by an eleven member Board of Trustees each of whom serves for 3 year terms. They are assisted in the management of the theatre by a four member, volunteer Executive Staff. The Members of The Park Theatre Corporation meet annually to elect Trustees to the board and conduct other business as may arise.
